Who We Are

Information We Collect

We only collect information you voluntarily send us. This site does not host any lead capture forms. When you tap a phone link or send us an email, you choose what to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property you want to sell.

We also collect standard, non-identifying analytics such as page views, referring pages, approximate region, and device type through Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a valuation or cash offer, and provide real estate services you request. We measure ad performance in aggregate to improve our marketing.

What We Never Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third-party data brokers or lead-buying networks.
